This concert brings together two choirs, four internationally renowned soloists, and a vibrant orchestra.
The sparkling vitality and emotional power of the Nelson Mass has led to it being called Haydn’s greatest single composition.
Brahms regarded the Alto Rhapsody as ‘my best work to date’. Sally-Anne Russell will sing Brahms powerful portrayal of heart’s anguish, movingly transformed to a vision of peace with the entrance of the chorus.
Barry Conyingham’s DAWNING conveys an Australian landscape which magically reflects the movement from darkness to light.
