Ipswich Orpheus Chorale is a community-based choir that has for over 50 years been a major part of the Ipswich community performing arts scene, leading the way in community engagement in choral and theatre music through its concerts and musicals. The chorale is a competition choir and has been highly successful over its history against choirs from other parts of the state. The Chorale has held Champion Choir at the Queensland Eisteddfod over 20 times over the past 50 years. We rehearse each Monday evening at the George Hogg Performance Venue - 122 Chermside Road East Ipswich. We are always looking for new members.
