An RSS feed (or news feed) is a means by which you can stay informed about what's going on at Australian National Choral Association without having to regularly visit the website.
To make use of an RSS feed, you need some "feed reader" (or "aggregator") software. Most modern web browsers have feed readers built in.

We are a non-auditioned community choir who enjoy making music and seek to develop our voices, enabling us to perform for the community at a high standard. We present a number of concerts each year, an Annual Concert at Upwey and a Christmas Concert at Mooroolbark are events around which we schedule other performances - Citizenship Ceremonies, the Montsalvat Choral Festival, and combining with other local choirs and orchestras in works such as Handel's "Messiah" and Carl Orff's "Carmina Burana".
At Christmas time we visit a number of venues bringing musical Christmas Cheer!
The choir is based in Lilydale, with members coming from a wide area: the outer-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, the Dandenong Ranges, and the Yarra and Warburton Ranges. We now have 2 choirs, the Daytime Ensemble rehearses on Tuesday mornings and has a popular and musicals based repertoire. The Evening Ensemble rehearses on Wednesday evenings and covers a wide range of repertoire from contemporary, folk, musicals, classical and opera
New Members are very Welcome!
ABOUT US
The choir was founded in 1988 by Elizabeth Maile and quickly increased to 20 members. Since then it continues to grow, today the choir has roughly 60-70 members. We are a non auditioned choir and members do not have to sight-read to join. However, as most songs are in four parts (soprano, alto, tenor and bass), it is important that members are able to hold a part. A committee of volunteers manages the choir and a fee is charged each term to cover the hire of the rehearsal venue and the cost of the music.
OUR MUSIC
Our music covers a wide range: from contemporary, popular, musical comedy, ballads and folk music to opera, classical and sacred choral music.
