Bathurst Panorama Chorus is a women's barbershop chorus situated in the Central West of New South Wales, Australia. Barbershop singing involves singing a capella (without instruments) and has four parts. A capella singing has been growing in popularity over the years, especially with the success of the television show Glee and the Pitch Perfect movies. Our current repertoire includes contemporary ballads and pop songs as well as American standards, Australian music, Christmas music and popular show tunes. Our members are primarily from Bathurst, but some travel from surrounding towns to rehearse, sing and have fun together. Our Chorus is always welcoming new members and we currently have about 25 enthusiastic women of all ages and backgrounds. We enjoy performing in our local community and have achieved success in Sweet Adelines Competitions nationally and internationally. Our shared love of singing gives us strong bonds of friendship and many fun experiences.
